Tenant improvement of existing 3 story, 26,000 sf. office building with basement in Pacific Beach, San Diego CA. The location is destined to be the headquarters of Fortune Builders, a premier real estate investing education company. The project includes the build out of office spaces, conference rooms, class rooms, a film studio and a cafeteria.
