We have finally had a gap in the weather to get the site graded and the storm drain system holes dug and the pipes laid.

Update 01.30.17

The Demo is completed at the project site of the future home of Bedrosian Tile & Stone Showroom. This demolished concrete will be crushed and used as backfill.

Scope of Work

The new construction project will entail a 30,000 Sq.Ft. tilt-up building, with 6,500 Sq. Ft. of showroom, offices, and site work. The project is currently in the permitting process and is scheduled to start July 2016.

WE ARE MOVING FORWARD WITH INTERIOR FINISHES AND ARE CURRENTLY FINISHING THE SITE WORK. STILL ON SCHEDULE AND EXCITED TO SEE THIS PROJECT CLOSING IN ON ITS FINISH DATE.
