Chula Vista, CA / $6,100,000 / build-out of a 5th floor shell space into a 20,000-sf Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and a new 4th Floor 3,000-sf Nurse Station Expansion, upgrade existing medical gas systems. All work was done while the hospital was fully operational.
